Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Social superstar to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive business growth, lead generation, and audience engagement. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social as well as search platforms, keyword strategy, ad copywriting, and the ability to analyze performance data to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, including keyword research, match types, negative keywords, and bid strategies.
  • Write compelling ad copy for search ads, tailoring messaging to target audiences while maintaining brand voice.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI across both paid social and paid search.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes across social and search engines to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—content, design, and broader marketing—to align campaign creative and messaging with strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the management team, highlighting campaign performance, successes, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong focus on paid social.
  • Proven ability to manage keyword strategies, write effective ad copy, and structure campaigns for performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data to guide optimization decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Passion for digital marketing, testing creative approaches, and staying current on evolving trends in paid media.

This is a full-time, Orlando on-site position.
