Brand Marketing Manager

This person will lead Luma & Leaf in strategizing campaigns, retailer and brand partnerships, and marketing initiatives across all channels. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented with a dual creative and analytic perspective. Reporting to the CEO, they will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and must have a strong understanding of the brand.

• Partner with Product Development, Operations, Creative, and Digital to manage cross-functional projects. Projects include product launches, events & activations, philanthropic partnerships, and all digital marketing initiatives.

• Facilitate relationships between various internal and external teams by running effective meetings, moving processes forward, planning and assigning resources, and more.

• Continually assess the performance of marketing initiatives across all digital channels to ensure they are delivering against the brands aligned goals. Digital channels include Email Marketing, Website, and Social Media performance.

• Lead retailer relationships alongside CEO and Retail team. Craft brand presentations and various materials for partners.

• Stay on top of branding, marketing, and product trends as it relates to the beauty industry. Be constantly bringing new ideas to the table that propel the brand forward.

• Develop social media marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships (paid and organic). Be constantly looking for new ways to increase brand awareness and community across social channels.

• Lead brand activations and partnerships. Be constantly looking for new opportunities to present the brand or collaborate with like-minded partners.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing required, preferably in skincare/beauty industry

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

• Self-motivated thought leader

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Team player but is also able to work independently

• Detail oriented and is able to work in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines

• Basic knowledge of software such as Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Later, Hootsuite, Clickup, and other related tools

• Familiarity with the latest trends as it relates to the beauty/skincare industry
