What You’ll Do
As a Finance & Accounting Intern, you’ll gain firsthand experience with the financial operations of a fast-paced, full-service creative agency. You’ll learn how finance supports creativity—helping track project costs, support client billing, and ensure accurate, data-driven decision-making across campaigns.
You’ll work on:
- Assisting with monthly reconciliations and expense reports
- Supporting invoicing, billing, and vendor payment processes
- Tracking budgets, timelines, and project spend
- Organizing and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Analyzing cost trends and reviewing financial data for accuracy
- Participating in cross-functional meetings with ops, production, and account teams
- Assisting in preparing financial summaries, statements, and internal reports
- Jumping into special projects that align with your interests and strengths
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
- Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Are familiar with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); bonus points for pivot tables or advanced formulas
- Have experience (or interest) in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage (not required, but helpful)
- Understand basic accounting principles and financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and review
- Are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
- Communicate clearly—both in writing and verbally—and aren’t afraid to ask questions
- Enjoy storytelling through numbers and identifying patterns or discrepancies in data
- Value confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
- Are excited to learn how financial operations power creativity in an agency environment
