We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This role will support day-to-day community management, content creation, and social publishing to help maintain and grow each client brand’s digital presence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Video: Shoot and edit video content specifically for social media platforms and be comfortable on camera.
  • Graphic Design: Design basic graphics and visual assets for social media posts in line with brand guidelines.
  • Copywriting:
    • Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, captions, Stories, and UGC highlights.
    • Source, curate, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC), writing original captions to align with brand voice and storytelling.
  • Content Calendars:
    • Develop original content including iPhone photography, short-form video, editing, and identifying trending audio optimized for each social platform.
    • Build and maintain content calendars based on campaign briefs, seasonal moments, and brand strategies.
  • Community Management:
    • Manage daily community engagement across social platforms (comments, DMs, mentions, UGC tagging, etc.), fostering a positive, brand-aligned presence.
    • Execute manual posting of time-sensitive content, especially Instagram Stories and broadcast channel updates.
    • Stay informed on platform updates, emerging social trends, and best practices to help evolve content strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across campaigns.
    • Monitor, track, and occasionally report on engagement metrics, helping inform creative optimizations and community insights.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of social media management experience.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Knowledge of incoporating UGC content into calendars and community-building best practices. 
  • Familiarity with basic metrics tracking and insights reporting.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with social media management tools i.e. Sprout, Later, Loomly, Hootsuite, etc.
